Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive your order exactly as expected. Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
If the issue is verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom or made-to-order, they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as:
