Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Order Processing
All items from Ember Roots Design and Apparel are custom-made to order. Production times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for delivery or pickup.

Typical processing time will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Local Delivery (Bulk Orders)
For larger or bulk orders, local delivery may be arranged within our service area. Delivery details, including the delivery date, time window, and location confirmation, will be coordinated directly with the customer after the order is placed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address and contact information are correct. Once an order has been delivered to the provided address, Ember Roots Design and Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Porch Pickup
Local customers may choose porch pickup when placing an order.

When your order is ready:

  • You will receive a notification with the pickup address and instructions.

  • Orders will be placed in the designated pickup area.

Customers are responsible for picking up their order within the timeframe provided in the notification. Ember Roots Design and Apparel is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been placed in the pickup location.

Shipping (If Offered)
If shipping is arranged for a specific order, shipping costs and delivery timelines will be provided at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Ember Roots Design and Apparel is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery or pickup information at checkout. Ember Roots Design and Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
